Regan Calicetto is a renowned choreographer, performer, and dance educator of the Vancouver area. She has been dancing her entire life, having had the opportunity to train and perform in a variety of styles such as Acrobatics, Contemporary, Ballet, Hip-hop, Jazz and Tap. She has trained and performed with professionals such as Michelle Smith, Mia Michaels, Tiffany Tregarthen, Tara-Jean Popowich, and it has helped Regan create her own unique style that is sought after by artists around the globe. Regan has taken her love of dance around the world, performing, training and teaching in the UK, Thailand, Australia, and New York. Working with companies such as Modus Operandi, Sweett Moves, The Underground Circus, and Lux Dance Company has been an asset to her versatility. Some of the highlights have been performing as a principle role dancer in two of The Lover’s Cabaret shows, including “The Lovers of Hendrix” and “The Lovers of Zeppelin,” as well as performing as a company dancer in Sweett Moves’ “Bated Breath” and in Kash Powell’s “International Dance Connection” in London, UK. The versatility in Regan’s training, as well as her individuality and heart, has allowed her to push the boundaries of basic dance routines and create a unique art that she can share with her community. Her work has made her a standout amongst her peers, having been recognized with numerous awards and recognitions for her outstanding choreography and performances. Regan now focuses mainly on acro and tumbling and trains dancers for Acrobatic Arts AcroDance exams. She is Alixa flexibility certified and has worked closely with Tyler Ayres for the past two years. She is now a coach and course conductor of TADA hand balancing syllabus. Regan continues to choreograph, perform, and teach internationally.
